Gavin was co-founding partner of the ADM Capital Cibus Fund, a $450m private equity agribusiness fund, and former Non-Executive Chairman of Innoliva, one of the world’s largest sustainable olive oil producers, with over 15 million olive trees across almost 10,000 hectares. He has a background in M&A and ECM with a focus on food and agriculture, and has degrees from Duke and Georgetown.
